I have been practicing massage therapy since 1998, and have been a Portland Oregon resident since 2012.

I blend therapeutic Deep Tissue techniques and Trigger Point Therapy with an intuitive healing sensibility that creates a uniquely restorative and balancing effect for clients. I specialize in both firm pressure deep tissue massage, and nurturing, relaxational Swedish massage.

Additionally, I am a Reiki practitioner and Shamanic practitioner, and can accommodate either or both modalities as part of a session or as a sole focus in a session
